Keeping That Backstage-Fresh Glow

Real talk: ballet nights can run long, so pack a mini touch-up kit in your bag.

A lip liner, a compact powder, and a travel-sized setting spray.

I tell my clients to reapply the spray after intermission to keep everything in place.

For the shoes, if you’re worried about scuffs, give them a quick wipe with a damp cloth and a dab of clear polish before you head out.

And if your feet start to ache, slide off the heels during the dark scenes—nobody will notice, and you’ll thank me later.
