How I Recreate It in Under 15 Minutes
Start by priming your lids and setting with a translucent powder—this gives the shimmer something to grip.
Then, blend a matte transition shade through the crease.
And pack the sparkly metallic onto the lid with a flat brush, using a tapping motion to build intensity.
Finish with a thin line of gel liner along the lash line and a few coats of volumizing mascara.
Don’t forget to clean up any fallout with a fluffy brush and some setting spray.
It melts the powders together for a seamless, airbrushed finish.
