Keeping That Backstage-Fresh Glow
To keep that glow alive through tears, hugs, and dancing, I always press a blotting paper to the T-zone before touching up.
Never add powder on top of oil, or it cakes.
I tell my brides to keep a small cushion compact in their clutch for a 2-minute refresh, but honestly, the transfer-resistant base will hold its own for 12 hours.
If you’re worried about the white gown picking up foundation, I recommend a setting spray with a fine mist, held at arm’s length.
And then a quick dusting of powder under the collarbone and shoulders before you zip up.
That extra 30 seconds saves you from any makeup smudges on the fabric.
