How I Recreate It in Under 15 Minutes
Start with damp, detangled hair—I swear by a wide-tooth comb and a curl-defining cream, not a brush.
Section your hair into four parts, then braid each section from the roots, leaving the ends loose so they can curl naturally.
I always use a satin scrunchie to secure, because elastic bands leave crimps that ruin the finish.
Once the braids are in, I gently pull at the edges to loosen them.
This is the secret to that effortless, lived-in vibe.
Finish with a light-hold hairspray or a drop of argan oil on your palms, then scrunch the braids to blend everything together.
It’s a 20-minute routine that feels like a spa day for your hair.
