2. Customizing Undertones, Shades & Proportions
Welcome to Part 2 of my breakdown on Sunset Brown Reusable Color Contact Lenses | Dimple Color.
Before you lock in your final formula or outfit pairing, here is how I adapt the tones and textures for each client.

Pin Look
Finding Your Most Flattering Version
If you’re cooler-toned (pink or blue undertones), swap the bronze shadow for a mauve-taupe and keep the liner tight to the lash line.
The brown lenses will warm up without clashing.
For deeper skin, add a touch of golden shimmer on the inner corners to echo the amber in the lens.
Texture matters too: I’d skip heavy glitter with these, because the satin-matte finish of the lens wants a soft, blended shadow.
If you love a bold lash, go for wispy lashes instead of dramatic volume.
It lets the brown shine as the hero, not the mascara.
✦ Which Finish Fits Your Vibe?
- Velvet Rose-Gold Glow: Effortless, soft-focus dimension that flatters every skin tone in daytime or candlelight.
- High-Impact Statement Finish: Crisp lines, rich pigment payoff, and bold contrast for evening events or street-style photos.
- Balanced Proportions: Keep one feature bold while letting the surrounding textures stay airy and breathable.
Always check how the finish and proportions look in both natural window light and warm indoor lighting so the result feels effortless from every angle.
