To keep everything in place for ten hours, I always carry a setting spray with a dewy finish and mist it from about 12 inches away.
It melts the powders into the skin and locks the look.
For touch-ups, use a blotting paper first, then press a bit of powder only where you shine, never over the whole face.
If the lace rubs on your shoulders, a little setting powder on the strap area prevents friction marks.
And for the lips, keep a tinted balm in your clutch.
It’s easier to reapply than a full gloss and keeps the color fresh without needing a mirror.
