3. My Step-by-Step Studio Application & Styling Routine
In Part 3 of our guide to gorgeous flower dress shimmery pattern, let’s talk hands-on technique.
You don’t need a professional backstage kit if you layer your prep in the right order.

Pin Look
How I Recreate It in Under 15 Minutes
I start by prepping the skin with a hydrating primer, then I apply a light-coverage foundation and blend it out with a damp sponge for that ‘my skin but better’ look.
I set the T-zone with a soft powder.
But I leave the high points of my face bare so the glow comes through naturally.
For the eyes, I’d do a soft champagne shimmer on the lids, a warm brown in the crease.
And a thin line of brown liner to keep it romantic.
I finish with a few individual lashes at the outer corners, a rosey cream blush.
And a glossy balm on the lips nothing too heavy.
