For fair or pink undertones, I’d swap the bronze for a champagne-gold eyeshadow and a soft rose blush to keep it from looking sallow.
On deeper skin, go richer.
A copper or amber shimmer on the eyes and a terracotta lip will make the dress look even more luxurious.
Texture-wise, if satin feels too shiny for your taste, try a velvet-finish foundation and a matte liquid lipstick to balance the sheen.
And if you’re busty, a strapless bra is non-negotiable.
But I always recommend a bit of silicone grip tape along the bodice edge for extra security you’ll thank me later.
