How I Recreate It in Under 15 Minutes
Here’s my hands-on routine: start with your trousers and blouse tucked in, then slide the belt through the loops.
Making sure it sits at your natural waist not your hips.
Buckle it snug but not tight, then adjust the tail so it hangs straight down, not off to the side.
I always do a quick ‘squat test’ to ensure it doesn’t dig in when you sit.
For a blazer, I tuck the belt under the jacket’s lapels so just the buckle peeks out—it’s a subtle wink.
If you’re going sleeveless, let the belt be the star and skip a necklace.
And always, always check the back: the belt should sit flat against your lower back, no gaping.
