2. Customizing Undertones, Shades & Proportions
Welcome to Part 2 of my breakdown on 15+ Trendy Fall Wedding Looks For Guest.
Before you lock in your final formula or outfit pairing, here is how I adapt the tones and textures for each client.

Pin Look
Finding Your Most Flattering Version
If your skin runs cool, swap the bronze for a mauve-taupe shadow and a berry-stained lip.
For deeper complexions, I’d deepen the bronze into a rich copper and add a touch of gold highlight on the cheekbones.
Texture-wise, I prefer a satin-matte base so you don’t look shiny in candid shots.
But I’ll always add a cream blush for that lit-from-within flush.
If you’re in a hurry, skip the liner and just smudge a pencil along the lash line.
It softens the whole look.
✦ Which Finish Fits Your Vibe?
- Velvet Rose-Gold Glow: Effortless, soft-focus dimension that flatters every skin tone in daytime or candlelight.
- High-Impact Statement Finish: Crisp lines, rich pigment payoff, and bold contrast for evening events or street-style photos.
- Balanced Proportions: Keep one feature bold while letting the surrounding textures stay airy and breathable.
Always check how the finish and proportions look in both natural window light and warm indoor lighting so the result feels effortless from every angle.
